Lots of people tell us that being creative can really help when they are experiencing difficult feelings. Being creative is all about you expressing yourself; you don’t have to show anyone else. Don’t put pressure on yourself to make something “good” – just have fun and give yourself space to let your feelings out!
Some ideas for being creative:
- Draw or paint
- Write a poem about how you feel
- Make a sculpture
- Play or write some music
- Bake
- Decorate your room
- Knit
