Lots of people tell us that being creative can really help when you are having difficult feelings. Being creative is all about you expressing yourself: you don’t have to show anyone else. Don’t put pressure on yourself to make something “good” just have fun and give yourself space to let your feelings out!
Some ideas for being creative:
- Draw or paint
- Write a poem about how you feel
- Make a sculpture
- Play or write some music
- Decorate your room
